“I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the excellent work Bret Osborne and his crew did for me and my family. Bret went out of his way to accommodate me with an estimate within one day.

Out of all the roofing companies I contacted, none could provide an estimate for approximately two weeks and then would not be able to perform the work for another 4 to 6 weeks after the estimate. A friend I work with had used Faith Roofing Company and gave me Bret’s email. Bret responded the next day. Bret went to my house that afternoon, which was a Friday started the measurements, but due to the wind, called and said he would finish on Saturday morning. Sure enough, Bret showed up, sat down with me, discussed the options, listened to my concerns, made recommendations to resolve some ventilation issues. Bret left very clear literature and completed his measurements. Bret went back to his home, completed the estimate and emailed it back to me that evening. I cannot express how impressed I was with the performance Bret displayed.

Within a week, Bret called me and told me he and his crew would be at my house on Friday and start installing my new roof. He called me and told me his crew would be at my house and should be done that evening and if not, they would complete the roof Saturday morning.

Believe you me, after almost a year of trying to get someone to repair or replace my roof was most dissatisfying. I was always getting bumped because my roof was not as damaged as others. I really appreciate my friend giving me the number to Bret and Faith Roofing.
